I’ve revised the menu planners and include an explanation of how they are designed.

Ramadhan Menu Planner 3 Meal Daily V2.1 *NEW (updated 2011)*
A variation of the 3-Meal Planner.
Includes a daily reminder to plan proteins, carbs/veggies, and drinks in each meal.
Sections include: Suhoor, Breaking the fast, Dinner, non-fasters (last column).
Shopping Planner
This is laid out to allow 4 week’s of shopping lists on one sheet of paper. If you run out of space, use the next week’s columnn (cross out the heading). There is a small amount of space to write in the date underneath the weekly title.
One reason to keep track of what you purchased the previous week is to keep you from accidentally buying something you don’t need. It also helps you keep track of what your family may not like to eat.
