Menu Plan Reminder
Double check that your Ramadhan dinner menu is planned for this week thru Sunday (or the entire month).

Use these helpful {Meal Planners}.

Plan based on what is in your freezer/refrigerator and pantry/cupboards. And if you planned your menu last Ramadhan, hopefully you saved it. If you did, pull it out this year and use it again!

◄ RAMADHAN FOOD & HEALTH
Avacado Salad Dressing (Dairy-Free)
Serving: 1 cup dressing

1 medium ripe avocado
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel away the skin. Press avocado through a sieve, and other ingredients and beat with a rotary egg beater (or whisk) until smooth. Serve over fruit or lettuce salad.

An Alternative to Non-Stick Skillets
Skillets and other cookware coated with non-stick Teflon can leach toxins when damaged or overheated. Cast iron skillets are naturally non-stick when properly seasoned.

Hydrate Your Body
Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water.  Read {Signs of Dehydration}.
